The Curated Plate is an annual culinary festival that celebrates the Sunshine Coast’s local produce and producers and this year we are pleased to be hosting a delectable event at Mango’s Bar and Grill on Friday 28 July.
This unique dining experience on will offer an indulgent four-course meal crafted by our expert team of Chefs, led by the talented Executive Chef Robert Caulan. Located upstairs at the iconic Banana Bender Pub, Mango’s showcases the flavours of the region’s best local produce in an elegant yet relaxed setting.We are partnering with Rawganix Farm, a boutique farm growing 100% organic and free-range beef, lamb, pork and eggs.
All produce is free of artificial hormones and antibiotics, homegrown in small rural town of Tansey, located just 90 minutes north of the Banana Bender Pub. During the event, the operator of Rawganix Farm will share their closed-loop approach to farming and the care they take in preserving the delicate balance of our biosphere.
