Covid-19 Update!

The safety and wellbeing of our guests has always been our number one priority during this time, and we’ll be operating a little differently to ensure adherence to the latest Queensland Health Guidance.

We know you’ll all be excited to join us, but we do ask if you or anyone from your family is feeling , unwell, please do not visit the park.

If you do show any Covid-19 symptoms we do have the right to refuse entry, which we’d hate to do! So please make sure you’re feeling 100% before your visit.

Upon entering the Park, we will require you to check in using Queensland Health Check In App

Aussie World's entry requirements may change in line with any Department of Health directives.

I purchased a ticket through a third party reseller (e.g. ExperienceOz) what can I do?

Please contact them directly.


Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

We encourage guests to book their visit online. It is a cheaper option and will reduce queue lines when entering Aussie World.


Do you still accept companion cards?

We still accept companion cards! If you can pre-purchase tickets for your client or family member and show your card on entry for free admission. We will just need you to fill out your details on arrival for contact tracing.

If you are in a larger group, we’d encourage you to make a group booking in advance to save time at the gate.


Will all your rides be operational?

All rides are currently able to operate under our Covid-Safe plan.


Will there still be seating available around the park for guests?

Yes there will be seating available and spaced according to Queensland Health guidelines.


Can I still exit the park throughout the day?

Yes you can, we will offer you a pass out so you can come and go as you please.


How will the café operate for food and beverages?

The Fun Cafe will still be open for guests to dine and enjoy all of their favourites! Tables are spaced as per Queensland Health guideline.


What are my payment options throughout the park?

Aussie World encourages cashless payments during this time. Guests can pre-purchase online or pay by card on the day.


Why do I need to provide my personal details upon entry to the park and how long do you keep them on file?

Queensland Health Guidelines stipulate that all businesses need to take guest details. In the unlikely event that a COVID-19 case visits the park those guests whom entered on the day can be notified. The details will be kept securely on file for a minimum of 56 days as per government regulations.


If I am a vulnerable customer considered ‘at risk’, should I attend the park?

Unfortunately not! Vulnerable customers (those who are identified as ‘at risk’) are recommended not to attend the premises until Queensland Health advises it is safe to do so.

Vulnerable customer who are comfortable attending the premises are advised to take their own additional safety precautions and are notified that the business cannot guarantee their safety.


Are guests allowed to wear face masks whilst riding?

You are welcome to wear a face mask if it is securely fastened.


Will Aussie World provide hand sanitiser for guests?

There will also be increased sanitisation of high touch points throughout the parks and attractions. You can see where these are on our park map!

If you are allergic or sensitive to particular hand sanitiser we encourage you to bring your own.
